Rumamai (rumamai.com) is operated by Aparoo Networks in Malaysia. These terms apply when you use Rumamai. By creating an account or using Rumamai, you agree to them.
Your account
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the people you invite to your event's team.
Plans and payment
Plans are bought per event and paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
Payments are processed by ToyyibPay. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us.
Each plan gives your event an access period. While it lasts, your invitation can be live. When it ends, the invitation is no longer live.
Free Preview and publishing
You can create, build and preview an event for free. A Free Preview is only visible to you and your team; it is never public.
Paying for a plan does not publish your invitation. You decide when to publish it, and you can pause it again.
Your content and your guests
You keep your rights in the text and photos you add. You allow Rumamai to store, process and show them as needed to provide the service to you and your guests.
You are responsible for what you publish, for having the right to use your photos and text, and for having a reason to add your guests' details. Remove guests' details or photos when they ask you to.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rumamai for:
- anything illegal, or content you do not have the right to share;
- scams, fake events or collecting money under false pretences;
- pretending to be another person or organisation;
- harassment, hate or threats against anyone;
- trying to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
Reports and enforcement
Anyone can tell us about a problem with an invitation through the “Report this event” link at the bottom of the page. We review every report.
If an event or account breaks these terms, Rumamai may hide photos, suspend the event or suspend the account.
Availability
Rumamai is in its pilot and is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change as we improve the service.
Refunds
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or your plan could not be used because of a fault on our side, contact us. We look into every request and tell you the outcome.
Approved refunds are made by Rumamai through our payment provider, to the way you paid. A refund may end the plan it pays back, and the invitation may then stop being live. Nothing here limits your rights under Malaysian consumer law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Rumamai at any time. To delete your account, contact us. Order and payment records are kept as the law requires.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date and version at the top of this page. If you keep using Rumamai after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
